The Sweet Taste of Success!

Show us your talents and creativity as you put your top designs up against competitors from across the Region in our quest for the Best.  Hosted by Milton's newest magazine Inside Milton, this is one event you won't want to miss.

Bakeries and specialty shops of all sizes are invited to put their Team together and take part in this fun competition as they put their best mixing bowls forward in this head-to-head Rumble of the Recipes.  The event will take place at Rattlesnake Golf Club at 1:00pm on Friday, October 19, 2012 and promises to be a fantastic afternoon of fun.  The rules are simple.

Our panel will consist of 5 judges selected from our sponsors, VIP's, community partners and local dignitaries.  Each participant must submit 6 cupcakes as their entry for the competition. They can be any flavour, colour or size.  However, only 5 will be randomly selected for judging purposes. Each cupcake will be evaluated on six criteria, each worth 25 points, with a maximum possible score of 150 points. They include:

1. Overall Appearance and Presentation

2. Cake Taste

3. Cake Texture

4. Frosting Taste

5. Frosting Texture

6. Cake to Frosting Ratio
